Next Steps Food Bank:
In partnership with Feed the Need Durham, Doors of Compassion operates the Next Steps Food Bank, providing essential groceries to individuals and families facing food insecurity.
Open every other Thursday from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, the food bank ensures that those in need have access to nutritious food and community support.
Located at 158 Harwood Ave S, Ajax ON.
For patrons who have transitioned from shelter into housing and are working with our Housing Retention Team, we offer bi-weekly grocery deliveries to help maintain stability and food security.
Registration is currently paused. Please come back after July 1, 2026 to complete an application.
